Having your dog be morbidly obese is not cute, that's extremely bad for his health and wellbeing. He'd be a whole lot happier if the owners didn't overfeed him.

@꧁Timaya Johnson꧂ regardless of how inactive the dog is his belly is literally touching the floor when standing. No matter how lazy a dog can be it will not be this fat while eating a normal serving. Yes he is sad and depressed but it's not like he can open the refrigerator and make a sandwich. The owners are overfeeding the dog.

Maybe the poor pup suffered from depression issues after his gf died ....depression causes weight to shoot up in many cases while in some it also does the opposite of causing weight loss ...depends how the body reacts and its mechanism .

@Incognito Eeeh no, this dog did not get fat by just emotion and just a lack of exercise....When you free feed coupled with the emotion off loss, the dog will eat way more if that food is at hand. So this fault lies with the owner.
