This was one of the stupidest ideas for a trap I have ever seen. If course it's too slow. It works against the gravitation and you have to pull the rope constantly.

@GSatiFan Humans & animals were both created by the same God. He heals & suffers us all alike. But, that doesn't mean that God takes pleasure in our suffering. The only person who enjoyed watching the poor dog suffer in pain like that is the cruel individual who had too much time on their hands & thought this was going to be funny.

I also found a dog with the same condition in the streets but the dog's neck was already bleeding. Luckily i got the chain out of the dogs neck but it was hard to get it because the dog was in pain whimpering while i tried getting it off. The dog's neck was already smelling. The dog had an owner and sad to say that the dog died because it got hit by a car.😭

Why trying catch him in such a spectacular way? You may mix sleeping pills into the food.. Or with a narcotics gun . To make this kind of trap I think it is the last thing I would try. Or do you expect that the poor dog eventually die from a heart attack seeing loud shouting Persons running in his direction 🤔

This same thing happened to a couple dogs here in Canada on native reserves, they were left chained up outside and outgrew their collar, resulting in it cutting into their neck and choking them. The dogs' face swelled up like 5x the size of this dog, and it died a slow agonizing death. The other was rescued in time and is now living in a loving home. This is a really horrible way to die. I feel so sad.
