Thank heavens this nice lady found the dog who was in dire straits. Poor puppy. Just thrown out and then hit by a car. Looks like it might have tumors as well. They shaved all the hair off of the dog and he shrunk a lot. The lady cried for him. But he is being cared for now and I bet she keeps him . Good job!!! Bless you!!!!
