Geumsook's story shows resilience and an overcoming spirit in spite of her mother rejecting her child because of her disability. I am glad that Geumsook's got a good foster mother who loves and cares for her. My hope is for her to get surgery for her fore legs, therapy or a wheelchair so that she doesn't have back and spine problems later on in her life. Josie

I feel that all that the poor dog needs is veterinary intervention to find out if s/he would be suitable to have surgery to either lengthen its legs, or amputation with a specially adapted wheelchair. I’m not medically qualified, but my comment is only one of a number of comments. Thank you for kindness and compassion towards the dog. He looks perfectly fine as he is. I acknowledge that in some instances, it’s best to leave things as they are, and that also looks to be the case here.
