What is this bird called? I can tell it is a kingfisher - but there are more than a hundred different kinds of kingfishers at least. Edit: OK- looked it up - it is a "ruddy kingfisher" The ones in Korea fly to the Phillipines or Indonesia for the winter.

What a cute little baby kingfisher... especially with the patterned cast. They actually aren't too keen being around humans as a species, so it's surprising that this one willingly began to trust his caretaker. Seeing him finally being able to catch frogs was heartwarming!
